Job Details
-Evaluation of new clients
-Weekly travel to the clients residence
-Responsible for completion and submission of all required paperwork for each client
-Exhibit a strong commitment to the consistent delivery of quality services for all clients (i.e. avoidance of missed visits, cancellation and/or rescheduling)
Must Have
-Licensed in the State of Texas and or hold National Certification in your chosen field, CPR Certified, and maintain current liability insurance for your profession
-Provide own transportation and equipment to/from client residence
-Recreation Therapy must be provided by a Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist; (CTRS) or (TRS/TXC) or (TRA/TXC) certified by the Credentials Board
-Aqua therapists must have lifeguard certification and liability insurance
-Music therapy must be provided by Board Certified Music Therapists CBMT
